 REQUIREMENTS:

  • 100% Commitment

  • Purchase Katie's Lifestyle, Nutrition and Fitness Plan above.

  • Consume 2-4 oz of Ningxia Red per day. 

  • Consume 1/2 body weight in oz of H20. 

  • Add 2 drops of Lemon in 32oz of water, first thing every morning. 

  • Follow 5 Day Exercise Plan 

  • Follow Meal Plan 

  • Consume Aminowise, either during or immediately after work out. 

  • Use Pure Protein Complete or Slique Shake as directed in meal plan. 

  • Take before & after measurements and weekly weigh-ins.

  • Post minimum 3x in the group weekly, under assignments.
