I was first introduced to Katie during her presentation at the gym. I was extremely impressed by her knowledge, well balanced approach to diet and focus on clean eating.
I had been struggling with high blood pressure and high cholesterol for several years. I also recently found out I had high triglycerides and low potassium. I wasn’t sleeping well, was suffering from digestive problems, was feeling run down and -- discouraged. I was also trying to lose some weight and the ‘ubiquitous’ belly fat. I was getting nowhere.
Then I met with Katie! She has a very holistic approach. She took the time to examine all aspects of my life – exercise, sleep, diet, down time, etc. She quickly pointed out the positives and negatives -- to achieving my goals. She gave many helpful suggestions and tailored a plan just for me. I made my choice (with her support) to make some serious changes in my life/diet. I met with Katie intermittently. She was great – always focusing on the positive, adjusting and readjusting my diet, exercise as needed.
It is amazing! In a matter of 5 months my blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides and weight – all decreased!! My potassium level increased to normal. I am sleeping well, my digestive problems have vanished and I have new energy!
