STEP 1

Book an appointment

  • Book your FREE 15-minute consultation call HERE.

  • We will discuss your reason for contact, how I can help you, and how to get started.  

  • For gut testing inquiries, we'll discuss next steps.

STEP 2

Book a 90 minute initial consultation

  • We will review your Nutrition & Health Intake form, Food Diary, and individualized handouts created by Katie to meet your needs and goals.

  • Get you set up with a plan of action, goals, and next steps.

STEP 3

Book follow up appointment(s)

  • During follow up appointments we will review your accomplishments and discuss any challenges you may be having. 

  • Set new goals for the upcoming week. 

  • Anything outstanding (included self care, fitness, lifestyle, etc).
